At Sylhet Kidney Foundation Hospital (SKFH), I am currently engaged as an ERP Consultant, leading the assessment and strategic direction of their ongoing Hospital Information System (HIS) implementation by E-Medical Software Limited. The deployed system effectively covers core clinical and operational modules such as IPD/OPD, Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Patient Registration. However, through detailed functional and governance-level evaluation, I identified significant gaps in critical enterprise modules including Accounting, HR, Payroll, Inventory, Asset Management, and VAT/TAX—areas essential for establishing a fully integrated, compliant, and scalable hospital management ecosystem.

In response, I initiated a structured transformation approach by conducting in-depth process analysis across departments, developing comprehensive SOPs and policy frameworks aligned with ISO-based governance standards, and translating these into formal SRS foundations for system redesign. Based on this strategic assessment, I proposed and demonstrated Odoo Enterprise as a robust ERP solution to complement and strengthen the hospital’s non-clinical backbone. The solution has been well received by both process owners and management. Additionally, I have delivered executive-level training on Internal Audit practices grounded in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19011:2018, enabling SKFH leadership to adopt a more disciplined, audit-driven governance model to ensure continuous improvement and operational integrity.
